Our launder-only service is for businesses that already own their linen. Your items are labelled to your business, commercially laundered, quality checked and packed ready for collection or your next scheduled delivery. Both services provide professional commercial laundering; the main difference is who owns the linen.
Yes. Our commercial launder-only service is designed for businesses that already own their linen, provided the items are suitable for commercial laundering. Your linen is individually labelled to your business before entering our laundry process. It is then professionally washed, dried and finished as appropriate, quality checked and neatly packed ready for collection or your next scheduled delivery.

Yes. We offer a regular weekly collection and delivery service for businesses that send linen to us for laundering every week. Our standard turnaround is seven days. At each scheduled visit, we deliver the linen collected from you the previous week, professionally laundered, quality checked and packed, while collecting your next batch of used linen for processing.
Collection and delivery is included for customers meeting our minimum weekly spend of £100 plus VAT. For smaller local businesses that do not require a regular weekly service, linen can also be dropped directly to our Newbury laundry for processing and collected when ready.
Customer-owned linen is individually labelled to identify it as belonging to your business. This allows us to keep your stock identifiable throughout the commercial laundry process.
There is a one-off labelling charge of £0.30 per item when your linen is first set up with our launder-only service. If you add new linen to your stock in the future, this can also be labelled and added to your regular laundry rotation.
Not all linen is designed to withstand a commercial laundry process. Commercial laundering uses professional equipment and processes designed to clean and finish linen efficiently and consistently.
Before setting up a launder-only service, we can discuss the type of linen you own and whether it is suitable for regular commercial laundering. If you are purchasing new stock, we can also advise on linen specifications that are better suited to repeated commercial washing.
Yes. Smaller local businesses can bring their own linen directly to our commercial laundry in Newbury rather than using our regular collection and delivery service. Your linen will be commercially laundered, finished as appropriate, quality checked and packed ready for you to collect.
